Good Topic.
Our Snehabandham group has assigned us a topic for debate: “Early Bird or Night Owl – Which is Better?”
I have always been an early bird. I go to bed early, a habit I have followed for decades. The latest I sleep is around 9:30 p.m. Every morning I wake up at 5:20 a.m., and by 5:35 a.m. I am settled in my chair, ready to write. Within about twenty minutes, I create a new story and post it in my groups and blogs.
It is not just the habit of sleeping early, but also waking up early that has benefited me. The early morning hours are calm, peaceful, and completely free of disturbance. This quiet atmosphere gives me clarity, creativity, and energy to write. For me, the stillness of dawn is the perfect time to think and express myself.
This routine has shaped my lifestyle, boosted my productivity, and improved my overall well-being. So, in this debate, I confidently support the early bird lifestyle as the better choice.
