Old Memories can not be ignored Recently, after four and half decades, i met my good old Pharma friends and one in my City Bengaluru. The visit made me very happy. We discussed our good old days where we traveled and enjoyed. I came to know that my batch of friends who worked in Madurai formed a group and planned to meet in the month of March in Chennai. My friend added me to the group in March. When I saw the names in the group, I was thrilled. Most of my friends were my batchmates. A couple of friends were also residing in my city. Decades back, in the Pharma Industry my profession as a Medical Representative was decent and included lucrative salary and other benefits. More than that he is the Ambassador between Pharma industry and Medical profession carrying the message of his products with merits and demerits of others. Having spent three decades in various positions in this sophisticated profession and leaving a gap of three decades going to meet my good old associates is not only thrilling but also made me want to see their change in physique. Memories will always give you happiness and it can not be ignored. We worked for Wonderful Companies with repute of Research and Quality Control in their Units. Respect from the Medical profession and Pharmacist friends i still remember. At this age of Senior Citizen one should enjoy with what he likes and memories is very important. Today i am going to pen another interesting film personality from south Indian Film Industry who is Director Shanmuga Rajan,Popularly Known as Mysskin.In a Short span of time ,with few films to his Credit he has created a Big impact was not a Exaggerated one.Started his Career with Directors Kathir and V.Selva,later became an Independent Director.Good ScreenPlay, Dialogues and Beautiful Cinematography are visible in his Movies.Today’s Popular actors Prasanna,an Actor Director Cheran acted in his films.He was Nominated for National Award for his film Anjathey.I Have seen four Movies of this Director.Those Movies are Anjathe ,Yuddham Sei, Jithan and Thuppariivaalan.His Directorial touch and Beautiful Calm action of actor Director Cheran in Yuddham Sei was worth to be mentioned here.Editing and Cinematography,if i am right , Satya in Yuddham Sei was memorable.Today I am Happy to Pen this talented Upcoming Director.Recent Years Tamil Film Industry has Witnessed many talented Technicians of all areas,and Mysskin is one among them. (January 17): the elaborate coverage of this most recent air disaster was informative and at the same time painful to read. The tragic part was the co-pilot ‘s husband also died in 2006 air-crash. The aviation authorities should be diligent in monitoring periodically the state of aircraft to prevent disasters. I pray for the families of the departed passengers. K Ragavan, Bengaluru, India

Tribute to Writer R.Maha Devan . (Devan). Today i remembered another interesting personality from the Tamil literary World who is none other than writer Devan.His real name was R.Mahadevan and he is known through his pen name Devan.In his short span of life he has done a wonderful work through his fiction stories and popular dedective story Thupariyum Sambu. Started his career with the Popular Magazine Ananda Vikatan as Sub editor.His stories are made in Small screen as well as big screen is worth to be mentioned here. Film Gomathiyin Kathalan was very popular in those days acted by the Late actor T.R.Ramachandran and late Savithri.Mister Vedantham and SriMan Sudharsanam was his famous Novels. He has contributed many short stories,novels,travel articles and current affairs.Many of his work was published through famous publisher Alliance.I have read a few of his creations.Those are Mr Vedantham,Thuppariyum SambuMy thili,Miss Janaki,Lakshmi kadaksham,Justice Jaganathan,and C.I.D.Chandru.I am unable to recollect some more.Incidentally he also hails from Tanjore Distrct where many talented people on various walks of life born. The analysis was relevant. The focus on talent retention will be significant for the country in the coming years. It will ease the worries of people in the work force. The expectations of growth in 2023 all across the globe is laudable. Above all, the UAE leader’s vision for the employees over unemployment insurance scheme is amazing. Except free zone areas, employees and the rest of both private and public sector employees will be covered. This shows the interest of the administration. Kudos to the UAE for taking this step. Tribute to Democracy. My Impression About Our Democracy over others. Well, I am neither a Political Expert nor Economist. Yet by virtue of My observations I have my own impressions about the Democracy concept.If we take the Global Map most of the countries follow this concept.Giving opportunities to every citizen to Govern.Inspite of this i found corruption and dominating nature is more visible throughout the world.India, such a vast country with multi languages is not exempted from this two major factors.Apart from this Illiteracy and Below poverty line is yet to be tackled is sad and Pity.The Reason behind,apart from Languages ,Multiparty system is more prevalent is the fact.But one important factor i appreciate the Dramatic growth in Economical and Technology aspects.This can be possible only with our talented visionary Business Tycoons and Professionals .The true Democracy ,each citizen should get the basic amenities Education,Food items in a fair price,water and shelter without any problem.If i compare with other countries the growth and per capita is appreciable.In Spite of Population,corruption,and Political interferences flag is flying high in Global I.T. Map ,Which no body can deny.To improve the standard of living ,and lifestyle we need dedicated and conscious Leaders to administer and now it's happening.Despite many drawbacks ours is a Wonderful country.
