Sunday’s (Mar 3)incident of stone pelting to Vandhe Bharat Express in Karnataka area as well Andhra Pradesh area is not only condemned but also highly unacceptable. Damaging public properties can not be tolerated. Miscreants should be booked and severe punishment must be given. Hope the authorities will act. K.Ragavan
