Letter Published in Khaleejtimes UAE on 27 March 18 Gun Culture Shocks This is with reference to the protests by students in the US in front of the White House. People in the US have suffered enough due to lack of controls on guns. Doesn't matter who takes charge at the White House nothing is done about this menace. The protests by students garnered much attention. The US is often heard talking about global terrorism but is not really doing anything much with regards to its own gun culture. It is high time the Trump administration stepped in and initiated a new ordinance against owning guns. The safety of innocent lives is very important and the US is known to take care of its people. Certainly, President Trump has to attend to this call.
