Letter Published in BM on 21Nov 19 Letter.Govt has failed to manage funds well

With reference to the story ‘Bangalore Development Authority leads citizens up the garden paths’, K Ragavan writes that the fate of 53 parks for development is hanging for the want of funds shows that funds were not allocated properly. Parks are spaces for relaxation for senior citizens and for children to play around for good exercise, so failing to build them is a huge loss. The government would not have to cite shortage of funds if it had managed the funds well.
