Today i remembered another Interesting personality from the Tamil Literary World ,writer ,Cartoonist is none other than late Bharani Dharan Hi s real name Sridharan.Pen names Marina,BharaniDharan.Known for his Brilliant works in Religious articles and his beautiful comedy stories as Marina his pen name Tamil Readers won't for get.Above all he was blessed by the late ParaMacharya Sri Chandra Sekara Swamigal which he himself admits in his earlier days.Started as a cartoonist ,later become a writer of many comic stores,and dramas.
Served in the popular Magazines of Swadesamitran and Ananda Vikatan.He ha become more popular with his religious articles of various pilgrimage places and earned fame and name is not an exaggerated one.He has translated many epics like Kalidasa and many.He was one of the few versatile writers not only respected by readers for his language but also his knowledge. He passed away three months back and it was a great shock for millions of his readers.Many people follow his travel articles for their pilgrimage trips.Arunachala Mahimai,Bhagwan Ramana Maharishi are his famous articles.Many drams he has written and late popular actor Cho,and present K.R Vijaya were acted in his play is worth to be mentioned here.Even though he ha departed his memorable stories,Dramas and articles are in front of us.Tamil literary world lost a good writer who inspired many and created a new concept in the Anmiga World. I have seen few dramas of this Doyen,Thani Kudithanam, is one Today i am very happy to tribute this late Legend.
