The Gulf News reports that came out over the weekend about Muhammad Ali made for interesting reading (‘World pays tribute to boxing legend Muhammad Ali’, Gulf News, June 5). The demise of Ali, a legend in boxing, was a great loss to the entire World. He was most known for his world records and achievements in the boxing arena. Tributes from all walks of life, including worldly politicians poured in for this legend, and it’s no wonder. I pray for the departed soul and the grieving family members.
