Sometimes, the language used is too filthy as well. The place, visited by thousands of tourists, both domestic and international, every day should be kept clean and tidy. Such messages will actually sully the city's image. I applaud the decision from the horticulture department to fine miscreants. Stringent action must be taken against them.
