Ram  came to his house. Kathambari was waiting in the hall.
Kathambari.Good evening Ram,Thank you for your help.
Ram.What for.
Kathambari.You  asked Chander to meet your friend Prasanna and hope he will be selected .
Ram.Prasanna called and told me that he is interested in Chander waiting  for the approval from his office.
Kathambari.Chander told me ,his interview was nice and Prasanna was asking brilliant questions to him and he answered.
Ram.Hope Chander may be selected for  their Middle east operations.
Kathambari.I came to thank you  for this.
Ram.Hope  Prasanna will get the positive reply from his office tomorrow.
By that time Ram's phone was ringing.Murthy was on the other line
Ram.I received  a fax from Prasanna about Chander and i am okaying for our Middle east operation since he has good experience in India.Hope he will pick up the market conditions and he will learn driving.
Ram.Thank you Murthy.
Murthy.For this i wanted to convey .Prasanna was recommended by you and today we are seeing his growth in front of us.Chander also recommended by you.I have no doubt about his delivery.Mr Srivatsa also sent his regards to you.
Ram.Convey my regards to your M.D. Srivatsa.
Murthy.O.K. Take care.Ask chander  to report to Prasanna tomorrow.
Ram.Thank you Murthy.
After  listening the conversation Ram had with Murthy Kathambari  now  has more respects  to Ram for his contacts and respect he is commanding in the society.
Kathambari.My friend will be very happy that her cousin got a good entry in Dubai.I am thanking you for this.
Ram.Chander has done well in the Interview and Prasanna was impressed  and selected him.

After Vasanthy's Conversation Ram  went out for Lunch.When he was ordering his Phone was ringing
Ram.Hello ,Ram here.Who is that
Chander.Good after noon Sir,My name is Chander .Kathambari gave your number.
Ram.Yes ,I know.Now i am having my lunch.Where are you.
Chander.I am also having my lunch in Karama.What time i can meet you.
Ram.You need not meet me.I will give the number of my friend after finishing my lunch.You talk to him and if you are lucky you will be joining in a good company.I will call you after fifteen minitus.
Chander.O.K.Sir.i Will wait.
Exactly after fifteen  minitus Ram called Chander and gave him Prasanna's number.
Then Ram came to his office  and attended his routine work.Evening four P.M.he received a call from Prasanna.Good after noon Sir,Mr Chander came and met me.The candidate we are looking for our Middle East Operation needs little Dubai experience.But i am giving an option for him to work for three months and if he can prove we will make him permanent basis.I also forwarded my recommandations to My M.D and Murthy Sir.
Ram. For my sake do n't leave your principles.If he is worth  consider him.
Prasanna.Yes,he has very good back ground worked for a good company in India and i am confident he will prove his worth.
Ram.Then thank you.When he has to start for work.
Prasanna.Hope fully from day after to morrow.I am expecting reply from Mysore tomorrow.
Ram.Thank you Prasanna.You should always  go for merits and demerits of the candidate irrespective of recommandations.You did a Good Job of selecting a good candidate.Most of the Corporate Groups gone Up because of their selection Phylosophy.

Tribute to Director Shree 302.

Today i am going to pen another interesting film personality from the tamil film industry is none other than Director Shree.Started his career with ace Director Shankar  in his mighty film Yanthiran and later had his own   debut as Director in Damaal dumeel. Even though this was his first movie he has given a nice entertainment to the tamil film fans is worth to be mentioned here.Story,Dialoque and picturaisaton was nice with full of suspense.New actors have done their rolls very well and nice Cinematagraphy both indoor as well out door by Edward Sakay.Stalwarts Kotta Srinivasarao and Shinde also  done their rolls  very well.Shree has handled the suspense till the last minitue .Today's competitive film world this movie  was talked by people.Shree has   delivered this new concept and i am confident he  will have bright future in  film field.Cinematagrapher Edward  also has bright future through this movie.Today i am happy to tribute this up coming talented Director Shree.

Sikhs need to avoidViolence  

 

I was sad to read about the violence that broke out at the Golden Temple in Amritsar (Sikhs clash with swords on anniversary of India’s Golden Temple, June 7).

Sikhs gather at the temple every year to mark the 1984 massacre at the temple. It was the result of a raid on the shrine by Indian troops trying to flush out armed separatists demanding an independent Sikh homeland.

The community has yet to get answers for such a brutal operation by the government. That is what they discuss when they meet at this time of year.

It’s unfortunate that the peaceful event turned violent this time. Such incidents will achieve nothing for them. Sikhs need to keep this in mind in the future.

Sharjah connection

The other day when I was walking at a mall in Denver, a little boy left his biscuit pocket behind at the counter. I called out and gave him that. His dad thanked me and asked whether I was from India. When I replied in the affirmative and asked  him the same question, he said he had worked for several years in Sharjah. As I had also spent several years in the UAE, I jumped in joy. Wherever I am, I can never forget my good old days in the adorable city of Sharjah.

Tribute to Cinematagrapher M.Sukumar 301.

To day i am going to pen another  interesting film personality from the  Tamil film Industry  is none other than Cinematagrapher  M.Sukumar.In a short span of time he has  established his name in the film field is worth to be mentioned here. He has worked with all the leading actors and Directors of  Today's Cinema is worth to be mentioned here.He  Has Won Norway Tamil Film Festival award for his film Kumki .Beautiful  out door shots was more visible in Kumki and Lovely Cinemata graphy in Madaraasa Patnam  depicts old Madras .
Madarasa Patnam  won the audience applaus for it's picturaisation. I have seen few movies of this Cinematagrapher.Those movies are ,MadarasaPatnam,Kumki,Maan Karathe,Mynaa,Nimirnthu Nil,and a good Kannada movie Yaare Koogadali.I have been watching the Tamil  film Industry's  tremendous growth  over the years in Cinematagraphy and seeing new new talented technicians were   Born.. .Sukumar is one among them,   will have a bright future.Today i am happy to tribute this  talented Cinematagrapher.I am writing in this Column to my little Knowledge about film industry.If there is any error can be ignored.
