It is true that, in this world, only a few people create a positive impact through their profession. Our Ram was one of them. He made a remarkable contribution not only in his own profession but also in many other areas of public interest.

Ram had a special concern for public issues such as traffic management, consumer rights, and education. He regularly contributed articles, letters, and opinion pieces on a wide range of social issues to leading newspapers, both in India and abroad. Interestingly, he always wrote under the pen name "Bharani" instead of using his real name.

He started this hobby at the age of forty-two after being transferred from the Bangalore branch of his college to the Mysore branch. Even his close friends, Raj and Moorthy, never knew that Bharani was actually Ram.

His thoughtful and well-researched writings received widespread appreciation. Letters of praise arrived from different states across India as well as from readers overseas. While reading and writing may not appeal to everyone, there are always people who value and appreciate those who contribute to society through their ideas and efforts.

Ram thoroughly enjoyed this hobby. Every day, he looked forward to receiving letters and emails from readers who shared their thoughts and encouragement.

One day, while discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the Internet with his students, he noticed that he had received a new email in his inbox.

He opened it with curiosity...
