Today, I fondly remember a versatile personality from the Sandalwood film industry—none other than Nagendra Urs.

Following in the footsteps of his late father, Sundar Krishna Urs, he has carved out a respectable identity for himself. Nagendra Urs began his career as an editor and, as I recall, went on to  direct few films, earning recognition through his dedication and creativity.

It’s noteworthy that Yash, now a hugely popular star in Sandalwood, acted in one of his films—highlighting Nagendra Urs’s eye for talent.

In addition to his work behind the camera, Nagendra Urs has also appeared as an actor. His presence in the digital creative space is significant and continues to grow.

I still deeply admire the rich and powerful voice of his late father, Sundar Krishna Urs—truly one of the finest talents of his time.

Wishing Nagendra Ursand family  good health, peace, and happiness. May he continue to bring fresh concepts to the Sandalwood industry and introduce new talented faces and technicians.
