Life Is Beautiful – 98
A Beautiful New Journey
A week passed after the memorable gathering.
Anusha Madam visited Melkote and Srirangapatna along with Vasanthi and Ram. On the morning of the 13th, Anusha Madam was scheduled to leave for Dubai, while Ram and Vasanthi were leaving for Denver by Lufthansa. Since Ram and Vasanthi had to leave at 11 p.m. for their early-morning flight at 5:30 a.m., all their friends, along with Chief OO1 and his family, gathered on the night of the 12th to wish them a safe and happy journey.
Anusha Madam’s Emirates flight was scheduled for 7 a.m. She had become deeply emotionally attached to all their friends in Mysore. She told everyone that she had decided to return after two years and settle down in Mysore with her daughter and granddaughter. Everyone was delighted to hear this.
Once Ram and Vasanthi returned to Mysore, Kaadhambari would join them to begin their new venture, Bloggers Paradise.
At the airport, Anusha Madam emotionally hugged Vasanthi and said, “You are my Vasanthi. I feel that I have not lost my Vasanthi after all. I have one wish in my heart. After two years, Prasanna should marry Kaadhambari, and all of us should settle down together in Mysore.”
She then hugged Ram and blessed him warmly.
After an emotional farewell, Ram and Vasanthi proceeded to the airport for their luggage check-in. Once all the formalities were completed, they had breakfast at the cafeteria. They then went to the boarding area and waited comfortably.
After about ten minutes, they were allowed to board through a separate entrance. They found their seats and settled down.
Lufthansa is one of the long-established international airlines, known for its well-maintained aircraft and services. The Business Class cabin was luxurious and comfortable, with excellent facilities.
The aircraft took off smoothly. Ram and Vasanthi fastened their seat belts and settled into their seats.
After some time, Vasanthi whispered, “This is my fifth international journey.”
“Mine too,” Ram replied with a smile.
After about nine hours of travel, they reached Frankfurt International Airport, one of the major airports in the international aviation network.
Ram and Vasanthi got off the aircraft and proceeded to the connecting-flight area for their journey to Denver. They had another three hours before their next flight. After completing the necessary security and transit formalities, they comfortably settled in the lounge.
From there, they watched the continuous movement of aircraft and passengers. Both of them were amazed to think that they had never imagined they would one day travel to a world-famous destination known for its pharmaceutical industries and automobile manufacturing.
Vasanthi slowly whispered, “I feel truly blessed. After waiting for 27 years, I am experiencing a journey like this with my Ram.”
Ram looked at her affectionately.
“True, Vasanthi. You look very beautiful in this dress.”
Vasanthi smiled shyly. “Do you really think so?”
Ram smiled at her.
As time passed, they proceeded to board their connecting flight to Denver.
Their beautiful journey continued—and with it began another beautiful chapter of their new life together.
