Another Miracle

The next morning, as usual, Ram went for his morning walk with Tommy. On the way, he met Athmarao, an old acquaintance. They exchanged greetings and spoke for a while before going their separate ways.

Days passed, and before Ram realised it, ten days had gone by.

In the meantime, with the coordination of Kaadhambari, Ranjitha, and Sophia, Ram received his U.S. visa and the ticket to Denver from Suganthi. Suganthi had also arranged the necessary arrangements for Vasanthi to accompany him.

As promised, Sulaiman had sent his sponsorship for Vasanthi. Another pleasant development was that Suganthi recommended Ram to her association, which arranged a Business Class ticket for him. Sulaiman also booked Vasanthi’s ticket.

Everything seemed to be falling into place in a way Ram had never expected.

In just two days, Vasanthi and Anusha Madam were due to arrive in Mysore. The very next day, Ram decided to arrange a get-together at Dasaprakash Paradise for twenty-five close friends, along with their family members.

Looking back at all these developments, Ram felt that yet another miracle had taken place in his life. He sat quietly, reminiscing about everything that had happened.

Just then, his thoughts were interrupted by a phone call.

It was Sophia calling from Denver.

Sophia: “Professor Sir, I hope you have completed all the formalities required to enter our city in a few days for the celebration meeting. I am eagerly looking forward to listening to your speech, especially after your memorable OO1 Academy function.”

Ram: “Thank you so much, Sophia. You still remember me!”

Sophia: “How can I forget a versatile person with such a strong academic background? My husband is also very eager to meet you on the day of the celebration. Please convey our greetings to Mrs. Vasanthi Ram. I will be very happy to meet her here as well.”

Ram: “You seem to know everything, Sophia!”

Sophia: “That is because of my association with Ranjitha and Kaadhambari. They have kept me informed about all the developments. Take care, Professor Sir. We will meet very soon.”

After ending the call, Ram sat for a moment, wondering how this wonderful connection with Sophia had happened.

Sophia was a highly knowledgeable and talented person in her field. Yet, through his association with Ranjitha and Kaadhambari, he had come to know her, and that relationship had now opened another meaningful chapter in his life.

By then, it was lunchtime. Ram got up from his chair and walked towards the kitchen.
