Letter Published in Gulf News UAE on 25 Dec 17,Every year on December 25, Christmas festival is celebrated throughout the globe with peace and joy. Friends and relatives visit their homes, greet each other, offer cakes, fruits and other festive food. Families go to church to pray to God and attend mass. I still remember that on Christmas day, when I was in the UAE, two of my friends invited me to their house and even though I was unable to go to visit them, they came to meet me with cakes and fruits, which I admire. Being in the UAE, I go to my friend’s place to celebrate the occasion and greet him and his family.
