The earlier the better,was quite interesting to read.I retired recently from the UAE,Settled in chennai,India came to Singapore a fortnight back. Ihave seen couple of Malls,Restaurants and other establishments.To my knowledge all are communicating Properly with out uttering much mistakes.As a Tourism and trading country Singapore has it's own Image in the Global Map which no body can deny.Parents are more responsible to teach their children and i am sure today 's world all the Parents are taking care to build a Good career for their children Apart from one's Mother tongue .English is a Beautiful Language can improve only by Moving with people and Practising in the Working atmosphere. Iam Happy enjoing my stay in this Beautiful Lion City.Good English the earlier the better is a Good Informative one.
