This is with reference to the news report, (KT, July 11) ‘Health education in schools mandatory’. It was interesting to read. Health plays a vital roll in every one’s life.
The introduction of health education by the Dubai Health Authorities is a welcome development. Students must be aware of the basic health issues such as smoking, drug abuse, depression and First aid treatment.
