threat to rural folks
This is with reference to the article,Rivers dying a dirty death;.The revelation of Karnataka state Pollution Control Board that nearly 4Million litres of effluents is diverted in to our rivers was a shocker.This could lead to hazards for people who are living by the river.The state government and authorities concerned should see to it that the sewage should not be mixed with rivers.This needs immediate attention.Kudos, BMfor the report says K.Ragavan
