Letter Published in BM on 10 Aug 19 BDA should change a few things K Ragavan feels that this story about BDA officials caught on camera was quite sad to read. He writes, officials should be working during their office hours, and not deviate from their task and indulge in smoking, drinking, and gambling. This act is highly condemnable and unacceptable. Officials should not tarnish the image of their establishment and proper work culture and etiquettes should be maintained. This is the main reason for why several important projects are not executed properly and get delayed. The authorities should not only suspend them, but should sack them for indulging in such activities during office hours. This is indeed a sad state of affairs and I applaud BM for exposing this.
