With reference to the story 'Vibhutipura lake stinks no more', K Ragavan writes the continous effort of Vibhutipura residents to fight against encroachments that made the area stinky has borne fruits. The BBMP is now making arrangements to build a fence to protect the lake from encroachments, which is a really good development for Vibhutipura residents. Such attempts from residents and authorities only will help for better atmosphere in their area. Kudos to Vibhutipura residents.
