The latest painful news in the Indian capitol Delhi 90-year-old woman raped multiple times, brutally thrashed in Delhi's Chhawla village was not only sad and highly unacceptable in a civil society like ours.Perverts don't have the difference and respect for elders and the culprit of this brutal incident should not be spared and need not wait for the verdict should be punished severely with out delay.Sad state of affairs indeed
