Janaki's article about the Plus and Minus of MumbaiTaxi drivers behaviour was nicely elaborated.Ido remember Three decades back the service ofthese men was fantastic.Today not only in Mumbai all the Metropolitan cities taxi men's behaviour is not palatable.This issue should be addressed.
