This is with reference to your report,17,Year old teenager takes 20,Nursery children for Hostage,was sad and unacceptable.Today world wide Kidnapping was very much visible,is not a healthy sign.How ever the teenager was released few of the hostages,but his motive was not clear.This incident is a Condonmed one.
