Your article,Sibal allows PPP Schools to fix exorbitant fees ,was good to read.When the introduction Human Resource Minister Promised that the Common man's children will have better education,with out paying,now take a u turn was not a surprising one.Now allowing Private schools to collect ,was sad.UPA Govt.has not fulfilled the promises on any issues is more visible.Every thing made tough for the Commonman.Commonman will slowly eradicatethe UPAGovt's name.
