This was a good read (“Arab League deadline fails to halt killings”, Gulf News, November 20). Despite the Arab League’s deadline and the world’s condemnation of what is happening in Syria, the crisis has not stopped. It is very sad and painful to hear. The poor civilians in Syria are the main victims of the ongoing violence. The United Nations and other world leaders must again pressurise Syria to stop the killing of innocent people.
