Residents of 16th Cross, JP Nagar, could nottaketheirvehiclesout.Itissad.BWSSB started digging and then left the work incomplete. It is completely unjustifiable. Due to their irresponsibility many residents are stuck in their houses. The authorities concerned should look into this issue and sort it out immediately.
