Workers should be Protected.

 India is a Vast Country with many states  different religious faiths ,languages and Industries.Indian southern state TamilNadu  has many industries in all the major cities taking care of the people living there.Sivakasi is one of the famous city known fot Litho Printing presses, and famous Fire Crackers factories  not only catering indian demand on festival seasons  but also exporting other countries.To my knowledge nearly one million people including children  working in fire crackers factories depending their lively hood.By it's various side effects,accidents,of crackers Indian top judiciary court Ordered recently to restrict the crackers  during the famous Diwali festival was a great shock for those connected with Cracker industry.On the one hand i welcome the decision from the top court on various grounds  but on the other how these one million workers thrive in the society.My suggestion  government of India and state governments where ever fire works factory located to come together make an alternative  to provide Job for these workers.Since all are having families and have ambition with their children  government should introduce small scale ,cottage industries of day to day products Viz,Jam,Confectionery,Food items and various day to day movables which not only have demand but also government will make reasonable  profit.I feel this may be an  alternative  one for the fire workers.However  by restricting the duration of celebrating in Diwali

millions of people loose their interest but safety also important.I am  confident Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi has lot of plans for the Commonman's welfare will consider this proposal. This will help the continuity of job for the workers.Ultimately no one should starve is my wish.
