Tribute to writer Pon Arunachalam 614.
Today i am going to pen another interesting personality from the Tamil Literary World is none other than Writer Pon Arunachalam.Started his career in government service and retired as Deputy regiter of Cooperative societies is worth to be mentioned here.His first short story was published in the Tamil Magazine MalaiMurasu in 1993 when his first posting was posted to Vellore.Then he started writing and become popular in important journals viz,Thinamani kathir,Kungumam,Kumudam,Anandavikatan,Ithayampesukirathu,Rani and others.He was bestowed award for his short story in story competition in the popular magazine Devi was remarkable.Decade back with so many writers his story was awarded shows the quality of his knowledge and imaginary.He has written Novels and Short tories to the tune of 25 liked by thousands of readers four and half decades back.I have read one or two of this writer's story.He is one of the talented writers liked by many.Tamil literary world has plenty of talented writers and he is one among them.T.Hehails from the famous place Tuticorin where our history known through famous V.O.C Pillai.Today i am very happy to tribute this Stalwart.
