This is with reference to your article,Govt gropes for ways to break logjam ,was interesting to read.The Ruling party is not very keen on JPC,as it was only a Duplication procedure,was expressed by Finance Minister.Voting may not be liked by people,and hence both Parties will stick to their Stand.BJP will stand only on JPC, because a new big brother scam ,was invented recently.I am also having my doubt,every day one one scam appears,how Parliament will function.Common man was tired of seeing scams,appointing committees by the Govt prolonging for long time,which is not going to yield any promises made to innocent Commonman.
