Your article ,Terror revisits Delhi,11 killed,was sad and Painful to read.In spite of our Past experiences ,Govt failed to protect this attack was more painful.Lack of CCTV was also one of the Major set back,to find out the Culprits.How ever investigation is going on,theloss is irrecoverable.I Pray for the Victims and speedy recovery for the injuired .
