After many years, I met a friend at a railway station. “I read an article in the local newspaper with your name. I thought it must be you, but as you are from the pharmaceutical industry, I changed my mind,” he said.
I explained it was indeed my contribution as I had taken to writing after retirement.
The joy of such recognition for hard work is indeed sweet.
