I was delighted to read that Becky Anderson will relocate to Abu Dhabi (Veteran British TV news anchor is relocating from London to Abu Dhabi, March 30).
Although she is already a familiar face on CNN International, it’s good to know that she will host Connect the World with Becky Anderson from the UAE’s capital. This will help CNN’s presence in this region.
The channel has certainly boosted the image of Abu Dhabi as a hub of international media organisations in the region.
CNN’s excellent and consistent coverage of the Middle East has attracted the attention of every news buff, making it one of the most popular channels in the region.
