I have just spent two weeks in Denver, USA. A few days ago, I attended a cultural festival in Kannada Sangha of Colarado. I was thrilled to see various men, women and children participate in the progamme. Popular songs of Bollywood, Kuchupidi dance and various other shows formed a part of the event.The show I enjoyed most was a debate based on a popular Indian TV channel. What was interesting to note is that though the participants stay far away from India, they stay connected with their motherland and keep alive their cultural traditions!
