Walking is not only a good exercise but also makes one tired and offers peaceful sleep at night. Many of my friends have testified to this. I also told him that not all such research reports prove to be error-free. The interesting news is that he has started walking regularly now.

The other day a friend complained that he was not getting proper sleep at night and was worried that it may lead to Type 2 Diabetes as per a research about which he read in a newspaper. He asked for my suggestion. I told him to walk minimum one hour a day, preferably in the evening.Walking is not only a good exercise but also makes one tired and offers peaceful sleep at night.
