Today i remembered another interesting personality from the Tamil Literature World is none other than Late writer Rajam Krishnan.With limited academic background she has created a big impact in her era  is very important.She has started her writings at the age of twenty.All her works are related to  people who are not highlighted by the modern literature especially farmers, smalltime criminals,and female labourers.She has written more than 80books and shortstories.She was bestowed many National awards and 1973Sahitya Academi Award for her Verukku Neer is laudable.
No doubt she has created a big revolution in  tamil literature from her twenties.I have read few books of this writer Those books .Utharakandam,and Kurinji Then.She hails from Trichy District  known for many temples  In Tamil many women writers established their   identity and Rajam krishnan has also in a different way..Today i am very happy to tribute this talented versatile writer

Yashwant Sinha's comments on Modi are deplorableThis is in reference to the recent comment by India's former finance minister Yashwant Sinha on Narendra Modi's second term. He is warning the Indians against giving Modi a second term. I do not belong to any political party or have any affiliations with any political front, but I have been keenly observing the Indian politics for nearly six decades. I admire Sinha, he did some good work during his term in the government. And he has the right to comment. But as a common man I have a different view on the first term of Modi. Modi government has had many achievements including the recent rail-road bridge in Assam which is a big step in resolving connectivity gaps in the region. Modi is a true statesman who has elevated India's image on the global front and also done credible work in the country.

Letter Published in The National UAE on 1Jan 19 I write in reference to your article Former BJP leader warns India against second term for Modi(December 31). Amrit Dhillon’s article on former Indian finance minister Yashwant Sinha was an interesting read.

I have no party affiliation, but I have been watching Indian politics for nearly six decades. I did admire Mr Sinha when he held the external affairs portfolio. He has every right to comment on the prime minister.

As a common man watching Indian politics for decades, I’m aware that there will always be setbacks for sitting leaders and Narendra Modi is no diffferent. Overall, he has made some achievements including the recent big bridge in Assam. He is a true leader who has made a big impact on India’s standing in the world.

Politics is a game of blame and opportunism. Mr Modi’s philosophy is long-term growth for the country. His enthusiasm and energy is laudable. Whatever the criticism and comments by his own former party men, we have to wait for next year’s elections to assess Mr Modi’s popularity. Politicians should remember they are powerful for five years, but the people are powerful forever. Ultimately, they have to decide whether they want Mr Modi or not.

I write in reference to your article How 2018 became the UAE’s year of reform (December 30). Gillian Duncan’s superb piece elaborately outlining the many sweeping reforms made by the UAE in 2018, the Year of Zayed, was much appreciated. Strategies and reforms like these are necessary in all countries of the world and the UAE understood that early and took decisive action. My own country, India, has also seen many changes targeting long-term growth this year.

All in all, I think the UAE’s visa policy changes will certainly yield better growth in the coming years. Kudos to the UAE for making 2018 a true year of reform.

I write in reference to your article Cairo bomb blast kills three Vietnamese tourists and guide(December 28). The recent bomb blast on the roadside that killed three innocent tourists and their guide in Egypt was tragic. In recent years, Egypt has witnessed a series of horrific terror attacks, perpetrated mostly by extremist Islamist groups.

As Egypt is rightly known as a world-famous tourist destination, with millions drawn to the extraordinary pyramids of Giza and the Valley of the Kings, the consequences of these attacks on the tourist sector could have a grim economic impact.

The question now arises of whether the administration of Abdel Fattah El Sisi can overcomes these terror threats and usher in an era of peace and stability for this beautiful country. For now, I pray for the innocent victims and their families.

I write with reference to your article He’s one in a billion. Dubai airport’s landmark passenger hails amazing trip (December 25).

This was a great read. In honour of him being the billionth passenger to pass through Dubai airport, 10-­year-old Arjun Jayaraman, from ­Florida, his parents and his brother were treated to an all-expenses-paid trip around the emirate.

What an amazing experience that must have been for the whole family.

Passing this vast number of passengers is an amazing achievement for Dubai airport and shows how far the city has come as both a tourist ­destination and a global travel hub.

Arjun and his parents were treated wonderfully and offered all the traditional hospitality for which the UAE is famous. I send my best wishes to all concerned.

Lizioli.Mr Murthy,Prasanna is doing a very good job with his team.He has established our X ray products here very well and every hospital they are using.
Murthy.Yes,we have a wonderful marketing person who deliver very well.
Lizioli.Our company is planning to have  a marketing meeting with all our distributors in Italy shortly.When  you can come with Prasanna and Ram as a special guest.
Murthy.I have to find out from my MD Srivatsava.When you are planning.
Lizioli.Most probably in the month of March.
Murthy.May not be a problem in march.I have to check uup with Ram

I write with reference to your article Death toll rises in Indonesian "volcano tsunami"(December 23): at the time of writing, this deluge has claimed the lives of hundreds and left 834 injured, a huge tragedy.

Nearly 14 years to the day after a similar natural disaster hit the country, this event has left a trail of devastation behind it.

However, the authorities are working hard and relief efforts are under way.

I hope normality will return to the country as soon as ­possible. I pray for the families who have lost loved ones and for the speedy recovery of those injured.

This piece was an interesting read, covering in great detail the recent Indian election results and the threats facing the ruling BJP party in next year's general elections. The crushing blows should be an eye opener for the BJP, which needs new strategies and messages for the Indian people. There is little point in making promises that cannot be kept. The BJP still holds the majority of India's state legislatures and so these losses, although disappointing, do not spell the end of its dominance. And the opposition Congress party still lacks credibility for many Indians. However whoever claims victory in the recent elections is wrong; this is the people's victory. It tells political parties that only those who deliver can be assured of continued support. It suggests the BJP could face a real challenge in 2019.

I write with reference to your article James Mattis departure leaves Donald Trump short of experience(December 21). The US defence secretary’s departure is the latest shocking development from Trump administration.

On its own, the departure of Mr Mattis, based on a disagreement about the president’s foreign-policy priorities, would represent a serious blow.

In Donald Trump’s two-year tenure, however, there have been many high-profile ­resignations, many related to matters of policy.

The experience that Mr ­Mattis brought to his post was evident and it will be a great loss to an administration that lacks expert opinion.

The president has insisted on a policy of “America first”. But is he really putting this into practice? We will have to wait and see.

She has nicely compared the ongoing yellow vest protests in Paris, sparked by fuel tax hikes by French President Emmanuel Macron, which became violent riots, with a more dynamic Canadian policy. In the latter country, people are benefitting financially from the neutral carbon tax policy implemented by their prime minister, Justin Trudeau. It is a reminder to political leaders that any policies their administration comes up with should not pinch their citizens. Kudos to Canada.

This incident is truly tragic. In recent weeks, Kashmir has witnessed many clashes ­between police and militants

This just a small chapter in a longer story of conflict that has played out in Kashmir for decades. We must ask ourselves when it will finally come to an end.

Today i remembered another interesting film personality from BollyWood Film Industry is none other than  Cinematographer N.Satyen.In his five decades film career he has  given few remarkable movies.He has worked with popular Directors Viz,,Late PrakashMehra and Manmohan Desai and actors ,,Late Pran ShammiKapoor, and  today's  Amitabh Bachan, SairaBanu,Jaya Pradha,and many others.Good visual and frame work will be more visible in his films.I have seen few films of this Cinematographer.Those films are Bluff Master,Zanjeer,Laawaris,HeraPheri,Jwala muki,Haseena Maan Jayegi,Sharaabi,and Anari no 1.One of the few Cinematographers liked by the film fraternity

Clearly they intend to ensure the country reflects the vision of the late Founding Father Sheikh Zayed moving forward, throughout their other important objectives, from local and national development to maintaining regional peace.

The late President demonstrated the great qualities of visionary leadership during his tenure and no wonder those following him are committed, just as he was, to making the UAE a truly tolerant society.

Vijay Mallya was defeated in his attempt to evade extradition and remain in the UK.

But his loss is Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s gain, after he made it his mission to bring Mr Mallya back to India to account for his past default loans to many banks.

In the past, the business tycoon enjoyed a good life but now his troubles have deepened further. Whether he wins in this battle by appealing to the compassion of the judiciary remains to be seen.

Tribute to Cinematographer Late T.S.Vinayagam 535.

Today i am going to pen another interesting film personality from the South Indian Film Industry is none other than late Cinematographer T.S.Vinayagam.In his two and half decades he has worked with all the leading actors viz,Late Sivaji Ganesan,and present Rajnikanth,KamalHasan ,Ambika and many others.He was associated with  Director S,P.Muthuraman,for many films and given  many remarkable movies.He was  one of the few cinematographers  had a good name and respected by the film fraternity.Good frame work will be more visible in his films both indoor and out door.Films like Jappanil Kalyanaraman, andAvanthanManithan,his work was nice.I have seen few films of this Cinematographer.Those films are,AvanthanManithan,Japanil Kalyanaraman,Velaikaran,Uyarnthaullam,Dharmathin thalaivan,GuruSisyan,Velaikaran,Mr Bharath,and Manithan.Few films i could not remember.Even though he is not with us his memorable films are in front of us I happened to meet him in one film function if i remember Annakili .Today i am very happy to tribute this Soft spoken and good human

K Ragavan writes BM’s cover story ‘Buying booze in Bengaluru is child’s play’ was a good read. It is condemnable that the shops don’t care about the age limit and it is shocking that the age of those who are getting liquor is not verified. The authorities should maintain a vigil over the transactions. Shop keepers who do not follow the rules should be punished. Since youngsters are also buying booze without ID, they may become addicted to such evils. When will the authorities wake up to this?

Lessons must be learned from Italian nightclub tragedy

I write in reference to your article Italy nightclub stampede kills six and injures more than 50 (December 9): The National’s coverage of the stampede in the Italian nightclub was sad to read. Among the ­casualties were three girls, two boys and one woman, police have revealed. The cause of the incident might have been the use of pepper spray by someone inside the club, creating panic which caused a stampede. But this has not been confirmed yet. We also do not know why one emergency exit had been blocked, which exacerbated the tragedy.

This incident has rightly attracted global attention; several nightclubs across the world have also witnessed similar incidents while hosting major concerts. Precautionary measures are clearly needed to ensure they do not happen again, and safety should be the main priority. I trust Italian authorities will look into the causes of this awful event and take steps to address it. In the meantime, I pray for the victims and wish a speedy recovery to the many who were injured.

I refer to your editorial Qatar’s Opec pullout hinders GCC unity (December 4): The National’s editorial was an excellent read. Qatar has already isolated itself from its Arab neighbours and is now pulling out of Opec. This might be due to the fact that GCC countries severed ties with Qatar because of its links to terror groups. But ultimately Qatar has lost its friendship with GCC countries and looks increasingly alone on the international stage.

Time will tell, though, whether Qatar’s pullout from Opec will have any global impact.

This is in reference to the demise of former US President George H. W. Bush (“Trumps pay respects as president Bush lies in state”, Gulf News, December 3). The long standing politician for three and a half decades, died at 94, and this loss is a big one for American politics. Earlier, he served in the navy and then entered the oil business. He finally turned to politics. Even though he served as a one-time president, unlike his son who was elected for two terms, he was applauded for his foreign policies. After his retirement from politics, his philanthropic nature for the people who were affected by natural disasters is laudable. Former president Bill Clinton remembered the days he has spent with Bush senior and was happy with his association. Even though he has departed, he has left his legacy to the American people. May his soul rest in peace.

BBMP has taken action on these violators at certain areas and will extend it to other areas. Those who park their vehicles on pavements should think about all the people they are inconveniencing such as senior citizens, women and children. People should be willing to follow the rules and the BBMP should monitor this.

Today i remembered another interesting film personality from South Indian Film Industry is none other than Cinematographer Vetri.He studied in Filmand Television Institute from Tamil Nadu.In his
eleven years film career he has given couple of films both in tamil and telugu.He was associated with Director Siva for many films and given remarkable movies.Many leading actors VIZAjithKumar,Dhanush, Jeeva,Naren,Nakul,Tamanaah and many others worked with him.I have seen few films of this Cinematographer.Those films are,Agaram,Thenavattu,Venghai,Maasilamani,
Vellore Mavattam,Verram,Vedalam,and Vivegam.Good   frame work   will bevisible both indoor and out door work from this cinematographer.He is one of the upcoming talented cinematographers created a good impact in the film industry.Today i am happy to tribute this cinematographer.

Students ae losing interest in studies. Statistics says there are over 400 million PUBG players, a shocking figure. This trend may not be healthy to society and games of violent nature should not be encouraged. I am not surprised that NIMHANS sees over 40 cases every month and so far 120 people have been treated so far. Will authorities concerned take the right call to curb such games?

Today the UAE is flourishing because of the vision and charitable nature inculcated by the late president. It has been followed by the present-day leaders and residents seeing real value in giving. Generosity is a sign of a healthy, happy, prosperous nation. The UAE’s philanthropic nature is indicative of this.

 For the past two days Dubai was witnessing  good rains.People are happy with seeing good rains over a period of 10 months.Raj and Ram left their house reached Karama in the evening at 6-30P.M
Since that day was a holiday for Ram.Raj is leaving to India next week hence wanted to shopping.His daughter Pinky likes Almond dates and Lebanese sweets.They reached Lulu center famous mall in karama.After the shopping they came to Venus restaurant a Indian restaurant from Karnataka Ram,and all others visit this place frequently and enjoy the dishes.When they entered the reception the manager wished him..Good evening Mr Ram,How are you.Long time you are coming here.

Hopes for a peaceful solution to Indian religious site disputeI write with reference to your article Ayodhya tense as thousands of Hindus gather near disputed religious site(November 26).

This report offered a ­careful and detailed account of the ­ongoing tension in the ­northern Indian city, which lies in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Hindu groups are calling for the construction of a temple on a disputed religious site, where in 1992 a mosque was destroyed by a mob.

Most Hindus believe that the site is the birthplace of the warrior god Lord Ram. As such, they want a temple to him to be erected there.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party has been instrumental in the ratcheting up of demands for the building. This matter will also be high on the agenda of political parties during next May’s Lok Sabha elections.

Both Hindu and Muslim groups have petitioned India’s Supreme Court to help resolve the issue.

The state government has deployed police commandos to ensure that clashes between both groups do not occur.

My hope is that all parties will behave in a peaceful manner and that law and order will be maintained.
