Ragging, a big menace in colleges
With reference to the article, 'Nightlong ragging ordeal for Oxford College', K Ragavan says: Earlier, ragging has been a big menace in many colleges. Though most colleges are strict, but ragging is still happening. Every fresher going to college should be welcomed with certain dignity. Students are going to college only for studying, not for bullying. The state education department should come up with a new law to stop this dangerous practice.
