The recent allegations on the Indian Union Minister from various journalists, his denial and now his resignation are all dramatic developments. He could have stepped down as soon as allegations were levelled against him. However, his resignation is a welcome decision. Now the ball in his court to prove his innocence. Will MJ succeed in his mission? The fact that the journalists complained about their former boss disregarding their reputation shows that the incidents are true. It's time the authorities took note of women's grievances. They need security at their work places. My appeal to all bosses out there is to treat your subordinates with dignity and consider them as your friends irrespective of the gender they belong to.- K Ragavan, India
