K Ragavan writes with reference to ‘Reinventing the wheel’ that the cover story elaborately explains how Railways is taking more cautious measures in redesigning wheels for the safety. Indian railway coaches are known for international standards and our exports to other countries speaks volumes about that. This reinventing procedure is an appropriate measure for the safety of the passengers and strength.
