Your ArticleFestivals and filth by Veteran Journalist Kushshwant singh was thought provoking and Meaningful.Govt of India should Guard River belt areas with security guards and watch unpleasant thingsshould not happen.Sacred places should not be spoiled as people bestowed sentiments on it.This issue should be monitored by govt of India ,and in future such things should not be repeated.
