Paying cash to voters is very common in the Indian Democracy.Particularly this is more visible in Southern states,and people are accepting the cash,because of their Poverty.This poverty should be completely eradicated,unless and until politicians should change the life style of the common man.This may not happen because politicians are spending money for votes and wants to get back his investment.Net result no development to people,and people will continue to suffer in the poverty line.More then four decades i have been watching this. Election Commission should be more vigilant against paying cash to voters.A person inducing corruption for votes ,how can you expect neat Governance from him.Will the People decide the right choice for them?
