The Supreme Court's decision was expected one. In spite of the opposition party's request not to appoint, the Govt's decision to appointed the tainted P.J.Thomas was really a surprising one. Opposition parties want an explanation from Prime Minister Singh quite logical. This is the first setback ,for the Indian Democracy over six decades. Great blunder by the UPA Govt. One has to accept the Supreme court's verdict.
