Dr.N.Janardhan's Meaningful article,on GCC@30.Still evolving, was nice and interesting to read.Inspite of Three Decades existence,GCC has not seen any rapid development was true.As per the author's strategy GCC will continue it's present situation for some more time, is mainly due to Socio ,economic and political reforms.
