Refusal of Bail

This is with reference to your report (KT, May 24) regarding the rejection of the bail pleas of excess in the telecom case by an Indian Court, which was very good.
The magnitude of the case and the corruption amount is a huge one hence the bail petition was rejected inspite of their positions. The Indian Judiciary system has played a vital role in this regard.
This scandal amount is the poor tax payers money and it should have been utilised for the country’s development. I strongly feel that the guilty should be punished.
