The other day I travelled in a Bangalore city bus and offered the fare for my destination to the conductor. To my surprise, he returned some coins. When I asked the conductor why he had returned some coins, he replied, “You are a senior citizen. You are entitled to some concession.” I felt happy that elderly people are respected.K. Ragavan
