Allot lower berths      Letter Published in Deccan Herald,India on 22April 13  (People's Problems Column)

Recently ,i travelled to Kumbakonam from chennai.Inspite of the age mentioned  during on line ticket-booking ,My wife and i both senior citizens were allotted upper berths for travel.It will be helpful if the Railway officials look in to  the matter and tune the on line system to automatically allot lower berths  to Senior citizens as it is risky 

for them to climb up to upper berths.
