Debating about the US presidential elections, one of my friends insisted before the results were announced that Donald Trump would surely win.
He also promised a big treat on Trump’s victory for our entire friends’ group.
After the results were declared, he invited us for the treat, but I had to politely turn down the offer, as I am not personally happy with the choice.
Nevertheless, I respect the verdict of the American people.
