Letter Published in BM on 26Mar 19 Every citizen must chip in for the city K Ragavan writes the elected civic body is not taking care of problems, which is a sad state of affairs. Residential areas are demonstrating that they are more capable of looking after their problems, but that’s not a healthy sign. It is high time the State Government monitor the civic body and ensure it works for the purpose it was appointed.
