Chief Minister HDK’s appeal to coalition parties to maintain calm since the new UPA Government will be formed in five days, makes me applaud the confidence of HDK that UPA will form the new government. On the other hand, he has forgotten that people have already decided in the six phases. Only on May 23, will the the entire nation know who forms the next government. Speculation may not yield
