Letter Published in KhaleejTimes UAE on 19May 19 It's going to be a tough fight in  in Bihar (KT, May 17).I agree Patna will be the headline act in Bihar (KT, May 17). The fight is primarily between two contestants - one is a former member of parliament from Bihar, Ravi Shankar Prasad, and the other is Shatrughan Sinha, who was a BJP member and is now with the Congress. Both have strong credentials and this election is going to be a tough competition for both. Whether Sinha with the new label of Congress retains his position is something we will have to wait and see.- K. Ragavan, Bengaluru, India
