K Ragavan thought that the story ‘Priyanka to tour UP as Congress mulls revamp’ was a good read. He writes, after the recent drubbing in the Lok Sabha polls, Congress’ eastern Uttar Pradesh in charge Priyanka Gandhi Vadra wanting to revamp the party makes sense. No use of blaming the people or party cadres for not carrying out their responsibilities properly. People have rejected the party because they did no development for poor and minorities. They only spoke about secularism and did not do anything for the poor, which has landed them into this. Revamping is a tough task now as people have lost their faith with the grand old party.
