Today i remembered another interesting film personality is none other than Late Actor,Play write Director GirishKarnad. The recent demise of 81-year-old Girish Karnad, is a great loss to the Indian film industry. Known for his versatile roles in Tamil, Kannada and Hindi films, he was bestowed with many awards including the Padmasri, Padma Bhushan, and Sahitya Academy Award. His popular movies Nishaant, Manthan and Swami in Hindi and his directorial movie Vamsha Vriksha in Kannada won the national award for him as best director. He has many laurels to his credit. I have seen few films of this Legend .Those films are Kathalan,Chellamey and few i could n't remember. He is one of the impressive film personality known for his Knowledge and friendly nature. He was liked by all party leaders .Even though he has departed his creative work in front of us Not only Karnataka. but also the entire nation pays tribute for this departed soul.Today i am happy to tribute this Legend.
